01 — The question worth asking

What's the difference between

functioning and living?

01 — Functioning

Getting through the day.

Hitting the deadlines. Replying to the messages. Keeping it together in meetings. But returning home completely depleted, with nothing left. Masking day after day. Executive fatigue that nobody else can see.

02 — Living

Showing up as yourself.

Understanding your limits without fighting them. Setting boundaries that stick. Building capacity back at a pace that's sustainable. Not watching your life from the sidelines — actually being in it.

If any of this sounds familiar, a free 20-minute conversation is a good place to start. No pitch. No pressure. Just an honest chat about where you are.

02 — Areas of focus

Where we do the work

Burnout

Not just tiredness — the kind of depletion that makes everything feel pointless. We work on understanding how you got here, rebuilding capacity slowly, and making sure you don’t drift back.

Identity & Direction

Who are you when you’re not performing? What do you actually want? For people at a crossroads — career transitions, relationship changes, or just the quiet sense that something needs to shift.

Neurodivergence

Executive function, emotional dysregulation, the toll of masking. Both in Autism and ADHD, we build systems that fit how your brain actually works — not how it’s expected to.

Digital Hygiene

Whether you’re struggling with doomscrolling, gaming, or endless distraction — we work together to build habits that genuinely change the relationship.

Since beginning my journey with Harrison, I have experienced significant growth in every aspect of my life; personally, professionally, and emotionally.

03 — About Harrison

I’ve been the person who needed this.

For a long time, I didn’t understand what was wrong with me. I pushed myself hard, hit a wall, and still couldn’t make sense of why I felt the way I did. Mental health struggles that nothing seemed to explain.

A late diagnosis that suddenly made a lot of my life click into place. What actually changed things was working with a coach. I showed up with no idea how I felt, what I wanted, or what was going on. What I left with — slowly, not overnight — was a life I was actually in. Not watching from the sidelines. Mine.
That’s why I do this.

I’ve spent the last five years working with people from over 100 countries, through burnout, ADHD, Autism, career upheaval, and everything in between. I have specialist training from a Harvard-affiliated psychiatrist, career training from an ex-Amazon VP, and I’ve completed over 5,000 hours of sessions.

But if I’m honest, the credential that matters most is this: I know what it’s like to sit where you’re sitting. And I take that seriously.

My mission is to help those lacking meaning, dealing with burnout, or navigating neurodivergent overwhelm uncover how they truly feel — and what they actually want from life.

By leading with safety and genuine understanding, we work together to bridge the gap between how your life looks and how it actually feels. My ultimate vision: a life that’s completely aligned with who you are.

What Clients Say

Real stories of growth, success, and transformation through coaching.

  • Thank you for being personable, warm, thoughtful, and attentive in our session. It may just be one session but you really helped me start connecting dots - its very encouraging! I look forward to future sessions.

    Felix

  • I appreciate that you listen carefully and respond thoughtfully, rather than reciting rote questions and suggestions. You draw meaningful and sometimes surprising connections between different topics, which shows you really listen. I can figure out a lot on my own, but I benefit greatly from a little help pointing out blindspots or factors I overlook, which you've done well. Glad to be doing this!

  • Harrison has been an exceptional coach, providing me with invaluable guidance and support. He has helped me gain a clear understanding of the challenges I was facing and has worked with me to implement effective strategies to overcome them. Since beginning my journey with Harrison, I have experienced significant growth in every aspect of my life; personally, professionally, and emotionally. His coaching has empowered me to approach obstacles with confidence and resilience, and I truly look forward to continuing this transformative journey with him.

    Jugraj

  • Thank you. I enjoyed our first session and found it useful. Look forward to working with you. Your questions showed you were very quick to gain a good understanding of my issues and what we might look at to help resolve them. I've had bad experiences in the past with therapists not taking time to actually understand my specific problems so it's a huge relief to feel like I'm being properly listened to and understood.

    Paul B.

  • I've been extremely grateful you're my coach for these 20 sessions. Thank you for enabling me to understand myself, helping me structure how I am thinking, and nudging me in the right direction in self reflection.

    Ryan L.

  • I want to thank you for guiding me through this journey. If it wasn't for your insights, I doubt I would have made much progress toward identifying my emotional states, feelings, and cognitive tendencies. I think you have managed to perfectly balance friendliness and the human aspect with the professional side of things, which made the coaching experience that much more enjoyable.

    Tomas B.

  • Hey! Just wanted to thanks one more time for the awesome 20ish hours! It truly has been transformative for me and this process has helped me to step back and observe, not just be swept away by my emotions.

    Karl

  • Very good listener, allows me to lead the session. He's a good man I can tell about tougher experiences without him getting uncomfortable. 10/10 pure class.

    Maikol

  • I feel like I am really making progress, that I can finally understand myself and my behaviour & my needs better. Which is also key to being more compassionate towards myself.

    Anna W.

  • Today's session was really insightful. It highlighted how the expectations and motivations of others have often swayed my decisions, and by extension, the general direction of my life.

    James M.

  • I had initially intended this as a silver bullet to help achieve everything, but it turns out that was wrong and not achievable mostly. These sessions lately have opened me up, more or less, to being receptive about acceptance and different ways to approach issues.

    Eden

  • Thanks for the first session, Harrison. I'm looking forward to this process. I was a little nervous going into it, but I appreciated your attention and feedback.

    Weston

  • Great work! You helped me cultivate a direction and work through my initial imposter syndrome. I am grateful for our sessions, it's nice to have a non-judgmental third part to talk to. Big fan of your work!

    Ed N.

  • I was impressed and thankful for Harrison to mention we should pause in the next session and create a tactical plan based on what we've discussed so far - looking forward to genuine trying and seeing where this goes. Love that we can have a little small talk at the start and laugh through the sessions as well.

    Tanu

  • Thank you for being personable, warm, thoughtful, and attentive in our session. It may just be one session but you really helped me start connecting dots - its very encouraging! I look forward to future sessions.

    Felix

  • Today's session was great. You were able to point out some links and patterns that I never would have realised myself! It's really helped unblock me and given me new avenues to explore. Please keep doing what you're doing!

    Long

  • Great session, building some momentum and our talks really help maintain that. Also thanks for keeping me on track with some of the more long term, large goals... These things would slip through the cracks of daily life, and it really is important to put thought into these. Feel like we are getting into a good stride so looking forward to our next session.

    Niko

  • I just wanted to again say thank you so much, the coaching really helped me finding a good way of gaining stability and improving mental health in times when I needed and I am glad that I chose to get coaching sessions.

    Luca G

  • I'm very happy with our sessions. I'm comfortable talking with my couch and it really helped with my problems. I'm finally able to work towards my goals and having a save place to talk is really important for me. Thank you for your work.

    Raquel

  • I'm grateful for the support, encouragement, and perspective you provided through this journey.

05 — FAQ

Common questions

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a forward-focused partnership. We talk about where you are and where you want to get to. I'm not a therapist — if something comes up that needs clinical support, I'll say so honestly. There's no worksheet or homework unless it feels useful. It's a conversation with some direction.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends entirely on what you're working on. Some people come for a handful of sessions to get clarity on something specific. Others work with me longer term. We figure that out together — typically people see real shifts around session 8.

How do I know if this is right for me?

The free discovery call is exactly for this. It's 20 minutes, no obligation, and you'll get a clear sense of whether this feels like the right fit.

What if I don't feel ready?

Most people aren't sure when they first reach out. That's fine — you don't need to have it figured out before we speak.

How long do sessions last?

Sessions are 50 minutes, usually at the same time each week. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice.

Find the right fit for you

Pricing built to stay affordable and fair. Your investment also helps others access support they otherwise couldn't.

Rates are listed clearly. No surprises, no discovery call just to find out what things cost. If you're financially stable, your fee also subsidises a session for someone who isn't — so your investment has a bit of a ripple effect. If you need a subsidised slot, just ask.
